Wasted

In the blink of an eye The screen goes blank And everyone raises to leave But wait, just wait That didn't make sense There are so many plot holes The love story is unrealistic All the characters are so flat They shouldn't even be one-dimensional I just wasted two hours of my life -Kel Dayheart

Cold Coffee

The coffee's gone cold again After sitting for so long neglected I got lost in my head Looking for words But everything is starting to sound the same My fingers are stained with ink And my pages are smudged At least it isn't coffee stained Just stained with strained words -Kel Dayheart
